Maggi?

What is the Best way to eat Maggi noodles???????

Tell me..tell me!

Option 1 :- Simple and plain..without veggies..and only using the Masala in the pouch...in its native flavour!(SMACK!)

Option 2:- Adding onions, tomotoes, peas..etc etc tonnes of veggies over and above whats given in the pack??

Tell me Tell me!

p.s:- Those choosing option 2 need to go to "Maggi Etiquette course"--clearly they have had a deprived childhood if they have enjoyed maggi in its "fake" version!

both ways are great....only thing is that someone shud cook that 4 me...
look i cant even waste my 2mins too...lolsss

I love the option 1..I hate maggi with cabbage or peas.

And Nirmal, there is no way anyone can prepare maggi in 2 minutes. Unless you are ok with eating it half cooked

P.S. At first I was about to write 'kacha' (hindi word of half cooked) but it sounded more like the hindi word for underwear :P)

Well!i wud say it depends on the situation; as in if u r in a lazy mood then 1st option is better! However if u hav all the time in the world u can chop all the veggies and make ur maggi more nutritious!! :D

Option 3: Simple and plain..without veggies..and not even the Masala in the pouch...in its native flavour!(add salt to your taste - masala is for bigger children)

p.s:- Those choosing option 1 & 2 need to go to "Maggi Etiquette course"--clearly they have had a deprived childhood if they have enjoyed maggi in its "fake" version!

Other name for maggi is convenience. try semi-boiled maggi (leave it lil crispy) tossed with thinly cut onions (made brown) and sprinkled with masala from top.

ooooooh maggggggiiiiii!!!!! i love plain simple maggi...preferably chicken flavour, with a bit of chili sauce in it. i want maggi now and cant have it since im at work. now i'll think of maggi till i get home and its all your fault!!!

Right from the packet when you are lazy.

With sprinkles of chilli when you are feeling especially creative.

And an egg, with all the drama you wanna cook into a maggi if u are feeling especially bored with plain simple maggi.

i wonder if i make sense. but i love my options 2 especially though i often settle for my no.1 usually.

Interesting post.Heee.:)

I like Maggi being cooked the first way. Just the masala flavour... Ummyy!!

There is something different that I tried with Maggii some time back. I had a pack of ready to eat veggie which I mixed with Maggi. It was good!! Although only for a change. ;)

Now back to eating Maggi with plain masala flavour :)

Option 1!

Hell yaa!

Maggi is my all time favorite :D

My preference since I was 5 year old have been... to add more water to it... to make it soupy... :) ...

And its still is :D

Simple and plain with just the masala sachet served hot from mommy's kitchen - {tongue outside the mouth} awesome food.

I still remember, mom asking on a Sunday morning, "Do you want me to make anything special today?" My sister shouts out "Maggi"

option 2 sucks!!! best ways to have maggi....

option 1: Plain maggi...cooled down...preferably in the tiffin in school break....maggi never tasted as good as it did from the tiffin box....

option 2: Maggi loaded with ketchup....awesome...

option 3: Maggi with ketchup, with a side accompaniment of bourbon biscuits and drink accompaniment of coke!

sighhhhhhhhhhhh

lol =)

i've never really give Maggi of all the things in the world too much thought, partly because i prefer pasta to noodles and partly because i threw up like a rabid dog one summer many years ago, after eating Maggi! =|

lemme see.. how about Maggi soup- complete with celery, slivers of carrots, just a dash of soya and chilly sauce...halved button mushrooms, sauteed onions, shredded chicked. maybe a pinch of hot and sour soup powder as well..

aaah! cant work any more! :(

the most delicious Maggi i had was back in my hostel days. illegal midnight feasts cooked over candles.. Maggi was an intergral part, if not the centre, of all our escapades

never ever spoiled my maggi by opting for option 2

Good one :)

magiiieee....

option one is how i usually eat maggi... though i havent done so in a long time... its easier to get top ramen here so my roomies and i like eating that raw... (as uncivilized as that might sound, it tastes really good.) and option number two is how i would eat wai wai... i dunno if its very widely available. i usually ever spot it in the hills when i'm back home (darjeeling).

plain and simple ;)

but smetimes i add a tea-spoon [ok maybe table spoon ] of ghee :D

hehehe! divine taste :)

At 9:56 PM, Blogger shweta said...

the simpler version,
1. allows simple cooking
2. dosent wastes ur energy in cutting vegetables
3. gives a unadultared taste
4. is something u cant do without

Maggi Zindabad..!

look, there are only 2 perfect things in the world. No matter what the accompaniment, the real thing comes out, and adds to everything else.. One is God, the other is Maggi :-) maggi with cheese, maggi with anda, maggi with veggies, maggi plain.. any kind of maggi!!

oh i love maggi anytime anyway!

i'd choose option 1 if its just me n hubby n we are lazy n want to grab sumthing quick.
if im having guests over or we want a "LAVISH MEAL" i'd choose option 2 ;-)
