Yuppiiiee time!!
Its been almost 6 mths since I last visited a new country/city.....and now was literally itching to take off....
And finally now we'r off to singapore for 3 days this weekend....yupppiieeee....And yes its gonna be a nice "family touristy outing".....coz ma and pa are coming along too...hubby dear is playing an award winning performance of the "damad trying to impress in-laws" role!;-)...(kissiess and huggiess to u baby!)
Looking forward to the zoo( havent been in a zoo since nappy days!) and waterpark, the shopping at orchard road, the yummmmy food and yes catching up with few friends as well....
Statutory warning :-Hubby Dear pls keep a close eye on me..in all the excitment I might actually end up inside the cage and you might end up holding hands and taking a romantic walk with a koala bear!
So all u zoo inhabitants...watch out...the crazy gal is gonna be on the loose soooonnn!!!
p.s:-I think I am already getting dreams of the trip now...I had a dinosaur dream last night and I think he bit me...!!

Singapor?hmmm it is an awesome place for sure.Dont miss the lazer show,the underwater aquarium.There was a snow theme park which I think sucks and yummy Indian food

i miss the food....you ought to try the night safari, take a boat along the quay..especially at night! you'll see a nice view of singapore's mythical creature the MERLION (1/2 lion, 1/2 mermaid)
i don't know what are you interest. but if you're interested in cultural things..
you should check the nyonya baba museum. very interesting culture :) it reminded of my great grandma.

The s'pore zoo is simly superb.. the kangaroo, polar bear, white tiger, penquin!!!! :)I simply loved it... But i had gone with my lab teaching assistants and friends... v had to do a quiz on the various animals after the walk... sick thing.. :(
dunt miss the night safari... its wonderful i guess... i havnt been there yet...
And orchard road.. rocks baby!!! I love to hang out there.

I am studying at the National University of Singapore(Life Sciences!!!)Moa is from India only. Just there for studies. And yeah, seriously, v will be missing each other. :(
And hey, i forgot to tell ya something. There is this dinosaur named T. Rex that coem down to S'pore. Its the largest Dinosour fossil ever discovered. You can find it in the Singapore Science Prak. Dont miss it. It would be a great idea to post a pic of u, anand, ma, pa and lil dino in ur blog :)

Yes, heard a lot about HK being the central place. I have a friend who is posted in the F.Emb. of Manila ...So, I am sure visiting him first, maybe for X-mas..or later. Then I have Singapore (got friends there). Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam is on the top list...Wish to go and meet Elda (a good friend) now in Sydney. Let's see how it goes...as you say ...touchwood!!!

Hey I hope you have a great time in Singapore! Orchard road is a great place to shop, I had a great time walking aimlessly around there on holiday two years ago! We missed the night safari though, do go in for that if you are an animal lover ! Have a nice time !

I prefer HK to Singapore, although I was only 12 at the time. HK seems so much more real somehow. The peak tram (does it still exist?) and Ocean Park were the highlights of my trip. :)
