Red and White time!

Past month has been bad, very bad, very very bad in terms of work. Was almost feeling blue till I realised it was time for Red and White again:-)...and this realisation happened when the Xmas party in my office started.

Love this season and time of the year. Much more than Diwali, Dassera or any of the so called "Applicable to me" festivals!.....No particular reason but probably because Xmas always signifies a lot of colour and brightness!

Unlike a Diwali and Dassera which have "Stories" and "Reasons" for celebrations...Am not too sure what the story behind Santa Clause is?...someone in office tried to search the "google" to find out about santa clause when I asked this question and thats when I realised what a disaster it would mean to me to know what santa clause was about, his "history", where he came from and what his "story" was!

To me Santa always meant(and still does) this big cute fat tummy grandpa who was almost like a life sized teddy and who even at the age of..(ok I dunno his age..but whatever)...can wear a bright red and white outfit could give you a nice gift in socks, was sooo fulll of energy...was almost like an angel who would make all your dream and wishes come true, give you whatever you want----and I'd rather let this fantasy be:-)

There is something exciting about this time of the year...of course the best part is suddenly work comes to a standstill but besides that maybe the anticipation of something new, something better....maybe its just about hope!

Whatever it be....Santa for me still very much exists and dont think an Xmas spirit can be complete without jingle bells in the background....without an xmas tree loaded with gifts....without loads of hope and wishes....and without a nice hug from Santa pa!

Merry Xmas to all ya people and dont forget to put up your socks!;-)

I love this season too. The color in the streets and the laid back attitude at work and what more.I get to eat a lot of lunches/dinners at some exotic places.

Is it "santa clause" or "Santa Claus" :)) but thats okay as you long as you convey the same.

Wish you a Very Happy and Merry XMas Season.
